ChiPy Presentation: ROS Overview and RoboMagellan demo

Bill Mania gave an introductory presentation on ROS at ChiPy, the Chicago Python users group. He also gave a demo of his RoboMagellan robot that he's bringing up on ROS. This is a good overview for those of you just getting into ROS, especially from a Python perspective.
